Hoy comparto con ustedes algunos consejos para ayudarlos a salir por la puerta mas rapido por las mañanas!!
1. Desayunar smoothies deliciosos, el mejor tip que les puedo dar es comprar fruta y mantenerla congelada para preparar smoothies por las mañanas a lo veloz!! Yo por ejemplo compro fresas y para que se me estropeen en la nevera las corto en trocitos y las congelo y así me duran y no pierdo tiempo por la mañana lavando y picando. Si estas súper apurado lo pones en un termo y pal metro o el bus!
2. Dejar la cafetera preparada (las que tienen Nespresso se pueden saltar este paso) Se puede dejar la cafetera lista con el agua y el cafe y así solo hay que ponerla en el fogón y a bañarse! Mientras que están en la ducha se prepara el cafe, y bonus es salir a el olor delicioso de cafe recién hecho! =)
3. No hay nada mejor que tener una rutina rápida por las mañanas para maquillarse. Me parece mejor tener un proceso que te deje una cara natural y no muy recargada para la oficina. Conseguir productos multi proposito que te ayuden adelantar muchos pasos a la vez.
La BB cream funciona como hidratante y da una base y color leve para mejorar imperfecciones, luego un poquito de blush que tambien tiene tonos bronceado para dar un color natural y no parecer payaso y por ultimo un mascara que resalte las pestañas y dar un look de estar despierto aun que no lo estés jejeje!
4. Nosotras las mujeres no tenemos la facilidad que tienen los hombres se ponerse traje todos los días, la tarea mas difícil que tienen es escoger una corbata. Lo mejor que podemos hacer es tener una idea de que queremos ponernos por las mañana y dejar nuestro outfit preparado la noche anterior! No se olviden revisar el tiempo... ah y organizar el bolso también!!

1. I love having fruit smoothies for breakfast, they are healthy and fast. Some of the best tips I can give is to have your fruit frozen and ready in the mornings. I, for example, buy strawberries and wash them, cut them and freeze them to save time in the mornings. That way I don't waste time going through that whole process in the morning. And if I am in even more of a hurry, get yourself a cute to go thermos and your ready to catch the metro and eat on the go.
2. Leave your coffee ready the night before. I actually have a Nespresso machine which was the best investment ever, but for those ladies who have a coffee machine, leave it ready the night before, turn it on before your shower and when your done your coffee is ready and you have that delish fresh coffee smell to greet you!
3. Quick make up routines are the best! I think that natural make up for work is the best option so you don't look like your going to a party on a Monday morning. Multi purpose products are the best!
BB cream that hydrates your skin and gives you an even surface to work, but with a natural look. Brush on a little bit of blush, a multi color palette is a good option because it adds pink to the cheeks and warmness with the bronze tones. Last but not least, a good mascara to open up the eyes and give the appearance of being awake even though you might not be.
4. Us women have it a little harder in the morning because we have to actually think about what we want to wear, not like men, where there hardest decision is, what tie should I wear? To save time in the mornings, its a good idea to have your outfit chosen the night before. Don't forget to check the weather, oh and organize your purse too!
